1. Digital product
SocioLedger is a cloud-based software service. We do not ship physical goods. Access is delivered digitally through your account after signup or successful payment.
2. Delivery of access
Once payment is confirmed (or a trial is activated), account access is typically provisioned immediately. You can sign in at socioledger.com/login using your registered credentials.
3. Activation delays
In rare cases—such as payment verification, bank processing delays, or technical issues—access may take up to 24 hours. If you have not received access within that time, contact hello@socioledger.com with your registered email and payment reference.
4. Service availability
SocioLedger is delivered online and requires an internet connection. Availability of major components is summarized on our Status page.
5. Support delivery
Onboarding help, demos, and support are provided digitally via email, WhatsApp, or scheduled calls. There is no physical shipment associated with support.
